For an item to be recycled, the packaging must be completely clean, dry and separated before going in the green bin. Compostable packaging on the other hand must also be processed in extremely specialised facilities to break down correctly.  The lack of public resources and poor organisation in the waste stream, as well as public awareness, guarantee that these cups are not processed correctly and more often than not end up in landfills.

Ensure that 2GoCup’s or Bowls and the POS are clearly visible to customers in the cafe. Post regularly on your socials about the scheme, and let customers know about the change in store. Our team will also work on encouraging customers to use 2GoCup for you on our side.

Although 7 in 10 people own a reusable cup, only 1 in 10 people actually use them. A deposit and return scheme allows room for human error, as you can still enjoy a takeaway item without the waste. It’s the most convenient alternative to single-use takeaway packaging.

You reorder a replacement using the €2/€3 left by the customer to cover the cost! Each deposit leftover in future will cover the cost of any replacement cups making the scheme cost neutral!

The membership charge covers everything you need to get the scheme off the ground and operate successfully in your business. This includes:

– Digital Welcome Pack – Containing pre-made posts, digital assets and helpful tips 

– Physical Welcome Pack – Containing Posters, Stands and additional POS

Our team will come to your business and create a promotional video and grab professional photographs displaying the 2GoCup/2GoBowl scheme and any other sustainable initiatives in your business. This will be posted on the 2GoCup social media platforms and available for your own use as you please.

2GoCup’s are available in either an 8oz or 12oz coffee cups with an interior 6/8oz lines to guide baristas.

2GoBowl’s are 1000ml’s.

2GoCup’s come in quantities of 200.

2GoBowl’s come in quantities of 120.

Yes! They both stack and are safe to put on top of your coffee machine!

We are happy to replace any product not fit for use, completely free of charge.

2GoCup & Bowl works best when customers can freely return and swap cups at any member location. If the cups/bowls are branded it will hurt the re-usability of the cup in other locations.

This reason alongside the extra cost required is why we don’t offer branding on the cup itself. We replace this physical branding with our digital reach and advertising.
